The images of these dear little children have been calling out to us all year.  Can't wait to meet them!!  Onward to Peru!!

For some time now, I have felt called to go out into the world and give back.  I have been incredibly blessed in so many ways, and once you start looking, you realize there are so many people in need in this world.  

So, after two amazing international trips, I thought it was time to "do travel" differently, and I started on a mission to look for an international mission.

This is where the story begins……

About a year ago, I answered a very small ad in a local community paper that was promoting a "mission trip to Peru".  This was from Knox United Church in Embro.  They invited me to a meeting, and it was magic.

The Mission Team at St. Paul's Presbyterian in Ingersoll had been looking for an international mission project for some time, but there are so many needs in so many people.  Where do you begin?? The sheer planning of this type of trip was a bit daunting, and this is where it all fell into place.  This will be the 3rd mission trip that Knox is undertaking, so they are "almost veterans".  

After almost a year of planning, fundraising, and getting to know each other more, a group of 20 will be heading to Peru together!!

Brenda McKibbin and I will be representing St. Paul's.  Kae Ackland and her daughter Mallory will go with a group from Goderich.
